It was really a pleasure to meet you and spend time with you. By the way, the belgian dermatologist you met,is not a surgeon. So called "minor surgery" can be done by internist and other speciaties. "Famiily practitionners", who are the equivalent of our family physicians, can even do an appendix or uncomplicated delivery, but they have to pay more expensive insurances, this is why they don`t do it in general.
